Reports, appeals & getting help

Use /report <player> [reason] in game. Replace <player> with the player's name and add a clear description of what happened.

Read the network rules for the expectations that apply when playing and taking part in the community.

Use the website's Appeals section when submissions are open. Include the relevant punishment details and explain your request clearly.

Use your existing appeal to follow its progress. If new submissions are temporarily closed, check the message on the appeals page.

For other issues, use the support options in the official Discord community.

Include the details that help the team understand your issue:

• Your Minecraft name and, if relevant, website username.
• The affected game mode or website page.
• The approximate time and your time zone.
• The exact error message and what you were doing when it appeared.
• A match link or order reference, if relevant.
