Trouble connecting to the network?

Make sure you are using Minecraft Java Edition and that your server entry is set to eu.survivalgam.es.

Read the full disconnect message. If it reports a version mismatch, follow the version guidance provided by the server or contact support for the currently supported versions.

Open Server Status to look for reported availability issues. Check News and the official Discord community for relevant announcements.

If a specific game lobby is unavailable, return to the hub and check the game browser again. An event may be scheduled without its lobby being open yet.

Include your Minecraft name, client version, approximate time, affected game mode, and the exact disconnect message when contacting support.

If the problem concerns a private SG lobby, ask the host to check that the code is current and the lobby is accepting players.
